We are a volunteer organization and operate under charters from the Georgia Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Our elected Board of Directors ultimately control the direction of this organization, chaired by the President with the assistance of the Association Executive and the President-Elect under the aegis of the By-Laws and Policies & Procedures.

Golden Isles Association of REALTORS® By-Laws : The By-Laws of the Golden Isles Association of REALTORS® are the governing documents by which the association operates.  It is a living document that is subject to change periodically to adapt to changing times and conditions. Changes to the By-Laws are made through recommendation to the Board of Directors by the By-Laws Committee.  Once approved by the Board of Directors, the change must be presented to the overall membership for a vote.
